Victor Saad started a Leap Year project in 2012 as an alternative to an MBA. The traditional route didn't seem to fit his long term goals. In conversations with mentors, friends, and his own students, it became clear that he should take a structured leap. He did so, taking his future into his own hands.

The Leap Year project was a huge success, and transformed into the Experience Institute. Working with top designers, entrepreneurs, and even Stanford's d.school, Ei is re-shaping the face of higher education.

Listen in to discover just how important and powerful having a community structured into your learning is.

If you're considering higher education in ANY format, you need to apply for the Experience Institute. Visit the website to apply today.
